Recently, a representative for a commercial real estate agency reached out, and was seeking professional corporate headshots for a coworker of his. Fast forward a few days, and I had the pleasure of working with Amy.

Finding Descano Photography while searching Google for “corporate headshots Dallas” and, without hesitation after taking a look through our photo gallery, Amy decided to reach out. As I first answered the call, the gentleman I spoke with, Grant, had a tone of urgency while explaining his situation. A coworker was in need of a corporate headshot, and one that needed to be professionally re-touched by Friday morning. This was on a Wednesday evening. Grant’s response, as with all of our clients, was a huge sound of relief as I was happy to help, making room in the schedule to do so.

Grant then proceeds to the details (with a hesitation in his voice): he believed such a service getting done in so short of time would be a costly penny. Nope, not with us. Grant was overjoyed hearing the commitment Descano Photography has worked so hard to achieve – giving over the top customer service and producing high quality professionals headshots for a great price. Even going the extra mile if need be. Grant loved knowing that everything was taken care of.

I met Amy down at the studio the very next morning to get her headshots started. Amy stopped into our changing room, and was immediately relieved after realizing we provide such a fully furnished and functional changing area for our clients. As Amy was ready to go, I set her up in front of a sleek gradient backdrop, perfect for those seeking professional corporate headshots. From the first shot until the last, Amy gave such a great smile, making my job that much easier.

Having never needed corporate headshots before, I helped Amy get comfortable and relaxed – which honestly wasn’t difficult as Amy had a great personality and was super outgoing.

Amy received her entire shoot within two hours after the last photo was taken, as we were working hard to keep on track to meet her deadline. Amy looked through the entire shoot, over 100 photos worth, picked out her favorite to be professionally re-touched, and gave us the go ahead. Boom.

Our team stepped up, working hard to provide Amy with a finished headshot she loved.  Amy received her finished headshot as promised Friday morning! Amy and Grant were more than happy to have chose Descano Photography for their headshot needs, and we were pleased to meet them during the process.
