We service the Dallas – Fort Worth region, but we certainly will travel outside of that, so the best thing to do is contact us or give us a call at 469-925-6020.
After the photo shoot is over, we can transfer all of the files via a memory card on the spot to one of your computers. Of course you also have the option of a DVD or digital download via Dropbox or Google Drive. Every employee receives one re-touched photo at no additional cost. Any additional re-touching is $20 per photo.
We’ll make this simple on you: when you contact us initially, please tell us the approximate number of people you’ll need shot, the date/s, the location, and what you’re using the photos for (website, print material, etc.) That’s all we’ll need, and we’ll be able to get you a quote, and onto our calendar. We will make this a smooth as possible for you.
We generally don’t charge a travel fee unless you are far enough outside of Dallas to warrant it, but we will certainly discuss this prior to any work being done.
First, you’ll receive all the photos before retouching begins, usually within 48 hours. You’ll select your choices for retouch, and we’ll strive to get your photos to you within 3-7 business days once we receive your choices. We’ll set turnaround time expectations before the photo shoot so we’re all on the same page.
Yes. We have found that a lot of businesses want the option of a certain color other than white as their backdrop. This is a service we offer and it is part of the complementary re-touching (one per photo), so there is not an extra fee. If this is something you desire, let’s talk about this PRIOR to the shoot.
We accept company checks and credit cards. We can email you an invoice prior to the shoot and we require payment or a deposit to be made in full when we arrive the day of the shoot.
We take cancellations very seriously since we must block off half and full days for large groups. All reschedules will require you to pay an additional 50% of the cost of the original agreement. We also require a minimum payment in the event of no shows as a way to protect ourselves.
